What Are My Shipping and Delivery Options?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available from the Kings Health Fuel warehouse in Delhi.

  • Pickup Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Customers must wait for pickup confirmation before visiting the warehouse.
  • Pickup instructions and warehouse location will be shared after the order is confirmed.

Shipping Turnaround Time (TAT)

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0–1 business day after successful order confirmation.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
    • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days
    • Remote & North-Eastern Regions: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

All delivery times and dates are provided in good faith and are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, high-order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS and/or Email containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will generally make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

No. Kings Health Fuel currently delivers products only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
